Is it just me, or does it feel like everyone is sick right now? If you are looking for a way to boost your immune system, try to start eating more kale. I have only had kale cooked in the past (with some olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper cooked similarly to spinach), so when my gym partner-in-crime, Evelyn, showed me a raw kale and avocado salad in Whole Foods the other day, we both knew we could replicate this easily at home.
